I started to hear my back brakes making a noise, I stopped in and they took my car in right away evaluated it, showed me pictures of what I needed to have fixed, with a reasonable price, offered me a ride home. I opted to stay in the comfort of their nice clean comfortable lobby and they had my car done in about a little more than an hour. I was able to Google pay and I was on my way with confidence. I would definitely recommend Wise Car Care not only the friendliness of the staff, but most importantly was the honesty...I mean proof of in the pictures. 5 out of 5 stars for me!
Took my car here to get my brakes worked on and it was a great experience from start to finish. Staff is friendly and accommodating; they don't pressure you into adding on extra services while still giving you thorough recommendations and transparent pricing. They're very communicative through the whole process and send updates/estimates to your phone so you can approve all services that are done. Pricing is very fair but the great quality service and communication really make it worth your time and money. The facility looks clean and well-maintained. I will definitely continue to bring my car here for all future service!
Fast and quality service, I visited the Wise Car Care for the first time. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, shop and waiting area was very clean. I needed oil change, balance and rotation all completed less than 45 minutes. I definitely use their services if I happen to be in the area. Good job!
